All sales are final. No refunds will be given.

If you receive a defective or damaged item due to Oceans Sole's fault, we are happy to exchange it for the same item or, closest to it. You will be responsible for shipping the item back as well as paying the shipping fees. Please contact us via email. We are not responsible for damage due to the mishandling by the shipping carrier.
