1. Processing Time
- Each Pair of shoes is custom-made. Please allow 1-4 weeks for production before shipping.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Economy (U.S.)
Order total $0-$280 shipping cost is $10. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.
Order total $281-$840 shipping cost is $19.90. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.
Order Total $841 & up shipping cost is $25. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, custom fees, duties, and taxes may apply. Oceans Sole Custom Shoes LLC is not responsible for these fees, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, holidays, weather, or customs processing). We advise to please use your tracking information provided to keep updated on delivery dates and times. Contact the carrier provider with any questions once your order has shipped.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has shipped "Oceans Sole Custom Shoes LLC" is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages and assumes no responsibility. If your order is lost or damaged you should contact the carrier to file a claim. Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will do our best to assist you!
